Cindergarden - Sad Eye Doll

Little steps
through the hall
ever find
ever fall

sleeping pill
whisper tall
weeping words
on the wall

Echo the endless, echo the essence
ever eternal, the sleep of a sad eye doll

Quiet dead
breath of night
hallowed
hollow sight

wretched need
in the light
paler shade
pallor white

broken teeth
heart alone
sleeping child
still unknown

fingers crossed
cold as stone
tiny dreams
ever sewn

Echo the endless, echo the essence
ever eternal, the sleep of a sad eye doll

Gutter holes stuffed with rabbits' feet
as blood ran through the street
blindfolds washed up on the shore
in the alleyways of limbos' door

Cindergarden is the solo project of artist Jaymie Valentine, which is one of the most unique vocal talents to have emerged in L.A. underground playground. Writing, producing, and recording her own material since 2006 Cindergarden has released four full-length albums and one EP with an unmistakable signature sound. Jaymie Valentine has been noted for delivering a style and mood remarkably unique to each release with a nightmarish and cryptic lyricism presented by “arrestingly pretty” vocals. Cindergarden makes you feel as if you are pulled into a continuously shifting and dreaming playland where mean and thrilling beats give way to ritualistic towering cakes that set the scenes of destruction and nothing is what it appears to be. Garnished with intricate layers of beats and saturated with millions of tiny luxurious details, Jaymie Valentine's projects bring her dark vision through a candy-coated lens.

Autumn's Grey Solace Official Youtube Channel

Well I've forgotten
What the spirit wants
Or have I chosen
To suppress its speed

It is where the heart is
Spoken like a forest
Where the moths and animals live
To hide from the mountains
Looming over
What their spirits say
What the moments have
When the mind and heart speak
Speak as one

When the heart
Feels the mind
Crossing paths
Teasing what's inside
So help me
To suppress this wild feeling

It is where the heart is
Spoken like a forest
Where the moths and animals live
To hide from the mountains
Looming over
What their spirits say
What the moments have
When the mind and heart speak
Speak as one
Closer and closer
Lost in the forest
Hold me
I see
What is on the other side
Other side
Watch me as I walk away
From this dream

Let the spirit grow

Scarlet Leaves - Images Of Memories

Autumn's sad colors compose my painting of you
And your face arises in my mind
through pieces of memories
The brush blends... the paint, with dreams, dreams gone by
Dreams taken by time like... dry leaves on the ground

My mind runs
through lost distances
pieces of memories (2)

Passing by
empty souls
inside of memories (2)

Among dead
forgotten hopes
inside of memories (2)

I draw your brown eyes
looking, looking down
Lost in the distance Far from everything and from me
and a tear smears the red... of your lips
and a cold kiss while you clutch me in empty hands
Inspiration ceases to come... with your aberrations
I've forgotten you (2)

And everything that was dead in me, was also dead in you...
inside of memories (2)

The canvas in my mind remains blank
The canvas in my mind
The canvas with inner red

I've forgotten you (3)
For the last time

Formed 2003 in the grey Sao Paulo city of Brazil, by Audret  Haas as the guitar, Jean as the synthesizers, and Claudia O'Ghisi as the vocals. Scarlet Leaves is the owner of a sound as compelling as Fall. Their music has as main characteristics the "ethereal climates" which perfectly combine with a natural highlight of beautiful and angelic vocals, giving form to an authentic sonourous mist.

Musicaly influenced by the gothic rock of the 90s, darkwave, and etherial; Scarlet Leaves can sound original even inside the traditional. Their music is like a great puzzle where the pieces can be emotions, words, feelings and sounds. The sensation you feel when you listen to the songs and your interpretation about the lyrics, which can change according to your state of mind, are also pieces to be inserted in this puzzle.

Scarlet Leaves gets in the studio in 2005 and carries out its first official record. The demo CD Compilation of Early Dreams where Scarlet Leaves presents its listeners with 5 tracks, where the band can show the subtlety atmosphere of its musical universe. They release Outlining States of Mind in 2009, and Believe in 2013.

Placebo - Without you I'm Nothing

Strange infatuation seems to grace the evening tide
I'll take it by your side
Such imagination seems to help the feeling slide
I'll take it by your side
Instant correlation sucks and breeds a pack of lies
I'll take it by your side
Over saturation curls the skin and tans the hide
I'll take it by your side

tick, tock   (3)
tick, tick, tick, tick, tick, tock

I'm unclean, a libertine
And every time you vent your spleen,
I seem to lose the power of speech,
You're slipping slowly from my reach
You grow me like an evergreen,
You've never seen the lonely me at all

I, Take the plan, spin it sideways
I, Fall
Without you, I'm nothing
Without you, I'm nothing
Without you, I'm nothing
Take the plan, spin it sideways
Without you, I'm nothing at all

Placebo are an English alternative rock band, formed in London in 1994 by Brian Molko and Stefan Olsdal. The band were soon joined by drummer Robert Schultzberg, who was replaced in 1996 by Steve Hewitt. Hewitt eventually left the band in 2007 and was replaced by Steve Forrest in 2008.

Milla Jovovich - Rocket Collecting

Rocket collecting dust
Hidden from all memory
Bathed in outrage and rust
Waiting for you and me
To own it
Watch you as you douse the ceiling
Light up all the evil dreams
Till they ignite screaming into the night
And we run away clean

I wish I was half electronic
The last shreds of skin are in the sweet sunlight
And I've turned into this smiling, snarling monster
As I watch the walls descend
As I watch the walls descend like stars

Half submersed
I reach your island at night
Washed up tangled on these stones
A gorgeous wreck crashing
To lay here for the next 600 years
The storm will play out there for miles on every side
So tell me who's got the dominoes
But you'll have to leave your lightning outside

I wish I was half electronic
The last shreds of skin are in the sweet sunlight
And I've turned into this smiling, snarling monster
As I watch the walls descend
As I watch the walls descend like stars

The weeds reach the top of the trees

Milla Jovovich was born in Kiev, Ukrainian, former Soviet Union, in 1975. In 1980 her family left the Soviet Union and moved to London. They subsequently moved to Sacramento, California, and then settling in Los Angeles seven months later. Milla attended public schools in Los Angeles, and was teased by classmates because she had emigrated from the Soviet Union during the Cold War: "I was called a commie and a Russian spy. I was never, ever, ever accepted into the crowd." At age 12, in seventh grade, Milla left school to focus on modeling.

Milla Jovovich had begun working on a music album as early as 1988. In April 1994 she released her first solo album "The Divine Comedy,"  featuring angst-laced poetry with vivid melodies and arrangements that find a common spirit in synth pop, European folk and psychedelic dream rock." Since then she has realeased several singles and colaborated with other artists. She also has contributed with her songs on several film soundtracks, including "Rocket Collecting" for Underworld in 2003.

Queen Adreena - For I Am The Way

For I am the way,
Burn all effigies of clay,
Walk on water today,
For I am the way (2)

Today I turn my blood to sweetest wine,
A holy song imbued with the divine,
Today's the day the gods walk out on me,
The great divide is crossed for you by me,

For I am the way,
Burn all effigies of clay,
Walk on water today,
For I am the way (2)

Today the silent one does have her say,
Today all contradictions seem o.k..,
Today's the day that I become the sky,
A silent understanding, my oh, my,

For I am the way,
Burn all effigies of clay,
Walk on water today,
For I am the way (2)

Today for once I'm not the last to learn,
Today the only bridge I have, I burn,
Today's the day the gods walk out on me,
The great divide is crossed for you by me,

For I am the way (4)

Queen Adreena formed by singer Katie Jane Garside and guitarist Crispin Gray in London, Englad. They had previously created another great band known as "Daisy Chainsaw."

Described at various times as “art, punk, metal, rock, or alternative”, Queen Adreena’s music is difficult to categorise. They have, with numerous other band members, released three studio albums; 'taxidermy', 'drink me', and 'the butcher and the butterfly', and played live all over the world gaining a cult legion of fans and the respect of their musician peers.

Following The Butcher and the Butterfly they recorded a live album titled "Live at the ICA." During this time Queenadreena independently released Ride a Cock Horse, an album composed of early demos.

In 2008, Queenadreena released the album Djin in Japan and after that they stopped playing together. In a recent interview, Crispin Gray say, "I wouldn't rule out some kind of reunion gigs in the future. I don't think there will be another record from Queenadreena though, I would be very surprised myself. I haven't heard from Katie in well over a year and I don’t know where she is."

The world is getting smaller
while time is passing by
the sky is still a silver shield
against the ones hoping something helpful

you can always let it go
or push yourself and change direction
it's too easy to bare
better lost in a trap
than be trapped in an endless map

Andreas Gross  is the musician and producer of the band that holds his same name. Formed in Germany, the music of the four artists Tabitha Anders, Isabel Walter , Thomas Stumpf, and Andreas Gross is very inconspicuous. Melancholy " is a keyword , which always stands in relation to the music of Andreas Gross. The sounds grown into romantic sadness and depth not seen as negative, but as a life motto.

Equipped with dreamy and pleasant melodies, the songs provide a ambient sound that is ideal for spending endless hours of autumn dreaming. Apart from the poetic melancholy, just like their music, the cinematic presentations provide a deep insight into the human soul and its melancholy fragility.

Zombie Girl - Creature Of Night

I am alone here in darkness
I embrace the night,
Staring up at the sky
I can't help wonder why,
Nobody's daring to love me
'Cause what I am.
A creature of the night
I've never seen the light.

Please help me understand
Why I have to be all alone,
Why can't somebody love me?
Please come and set me free.
I will be here for you take care of you through all the nights,
Why can't somebody love me?
Please come and set me free.

I am a creature of night.
No love for me in sight.
I am a creature of night,
There's no love for me in sight.

I will be lost here forever
Underneath the stars,
Waiting for the one
Before the rising sun,
It's getting colder,
Inside I smolder,
And all I hear them say is evil lies within her.

Please help me understand
Why I have to be all alone,
Why can't somebody love me?
Please come and set me free.
I will be here for you take care of you through all the nights,
Why can't somebody love me?
Please come and set me free.

I am a creature of night.
No love for me in sight,
I am a creature of night,
There's no love for me in sight.
I am a creature of night.
No love for me in sight,
I am a creature of night,
There's no love for me in sight.

Zombie Girl was formed in 2006 by Renee Cooper & Sebastian Komor from Edmonton Canada. The first official Zombie Girl show was on Halloween, at the New City venue in Edmonton. Only 30 minutes in length but bearing enough power and gore to stick to the minds of those who attended for years to come.

Their music is often described as electronic body music, with elements of rock ‘n’ roll and classic horror movie themes and a touch of humour. The songs are pumping, groovy and magnificently by Renee's captivating voice. She is the voice, body, and spirit behind Zombie Girl and her ex-husband Sebastian R. komor was the man behind the music and most of their lyrics. Sadly, the two disbanded and divorced in 2009 due to personal reasons.

In July 2011, Renee announced via Facebook that she has chosen VoA VoXyd from Ad Inferna to co-write and produce her new forthcoming album.

The Birthday Massacre - Violet

The tragic comedy divine
Paints the way to peace of mind
Leaving shallow lovers far behind
Past uncertainties combine
Bringing tears to sleepless eyes
Memory runs the course of time
Blood runs cold beyond

The violet prison for violent visions
And so the broken record plays
As you throw us away
We're never enough
We're drowning in cliches
So desperate to love
We're twisting every word they say
So we sleep through the days

Within the heat of passion's war
Lust is spilled upon the floor
Staining red the wasted metaphor
The selfish need for something more
Claws in vain at closing doors
Scarring faces once adored
Tracing circles in the

Violet prison for violent visions
And so the broken record plays
As you throw us away
We're never enough
We're drowning in cliches
So desperate to love
We're twisting every word they say
So we sleep through the days

The Birthday Massacre can be describe as a band surrounded with dreams, fantasy, and horror. They have a cute bunny as a logo and their official background color has been Violet from the very beginning. Their main inspiration has been children tales and games combined with the feelings of being alone and desperate for true love while searching for a place to call home.

The Birthday Massacre was formed in 199 in London, Canada, and they were known as "Imagica" until 2002, when they changed their name to "The Birthday Massacre" which was the original title for their song now known as "Happy Birthday". Currently the band consists of Chibi (vocals), Rainbow (guitars and programming), Michael Falcore (guitars), Owen (keyboards), Nate Manor (bass), and Rhim (drums).

They independently produced and recorded their first two albums, Nothing and Nowhere and Violet. Combining music and fantasy with a beautifully atmospheric website (NothingAndNowhere.com), The Birthday Massacre obtained a large and loyal fan base throughout the world. Due to their independent success, in 2005 they were approached by Metropolis Records and so they began its steady climb to reaching a much wider audience with the 2007 release of the acclaimed and wildly popular Walking With Strangers.

A captivating hybrid of 80's electronica and aggressive guitars, curiously fused with a dark cinematic quality of melodic progressions, The Birthday Massacre's soundscapes have continually captivated audiences, earned millions of fans, and placed them inside and on the covers of numerous magazines. They have become renowned for their high-energy live performances, drawing large, mixed crowds through their appeal to fans of a surprisingly wide range of genres. You can enjoy the intensity of their live shows on "Show And Tell" a live CD, DVD record.

Bella Lune - Full Moon On A Half Night

Reaching for the constellations
I close my eyes and dream the pain away
The looming shadows of the drifting clouds
Remind me of how times will always change…

They pass like visions through the open air
My soul reaches upward, longing for flight
Angel whispers pull me into a dream
Into the full moon on this half night…

My soul slips away from this reality
In the eternal shimmering of stars
I’m one step closer to seeing clearly
The mirror of the image of my heart…

Windswept lullabies carry me away
The cold night whispers secrets of my sleep
Colourful illusions of flowers
Inside the shadow of my lulling dream...
of my lulling...
of my...

Does your sky look the same?
Under the full moon…
Even though we’re so far away
On this half night…
On this half night (4)

Scarling- In The Pretend World

In the pretend world
We all are very awake
In the pretend world
We all look sterile and fake
In this atmosphere
We all could chatter for days
In the pretend world
We never admit our mistakes

But in the real world
Were hiding alone and ashamed
And we cant live while
Because we're addicted to pain
You see I cannot feel this
No matter how you try
In the real world
We can't deny

In the pretend world
We gaze into empty eyes
We have to amuse ourselves
With adultery tales and white lies

But in the real world
Where fools tormented for sport
We just stitch up our mouths
So we cant admit or retort
You see I cannot say this
Please don't ask me why
In the real world
We can't deny (this pain)

You see I cannot feel this
No matter how you try
In the real world
We can't deny

You see I cannot say this
Please don't ask me why
In the real world
We can't deny

In my pretend world
We all are very awake
In this atmosphere
We all look starstruck and vague
You see I never loved you
No matter how you tried

In the real world
There's no goodbye

Scarling began in early 2002 when guitarist Christian Hejnal invited Jessicka Addams as a guest vocalist for his solo project. Jessicka who had broke up from her former band "Jack Of Jill" was living in Los Angeles and it was there were Lisa Leveridge introduce her to Christian Hejnal. Jessicka and Christian began recording and rehearsing together and eventually recruited the musicians who would form the first lineup of Scarling. In March 2003 Scarling.'s debut single, "Band Aid Covers the Bullet Hole" and in April 2004 Scarling released their first album "Sweet Heart Dealer."

The word "Scarling" comes from a fictional word created by Jessicka in 1999. In 2001 the definition appeared on Scarling's website with 3 different meanings: 1" the smallest mark on your heart left by the healing of a severe injury," 2 "he or she who is scarred densely almost emotionless," and 3 "A mentally challenged/physically handicapped sibling of a normal star"

Scarling has been capturing the hearts of their steadily growing cult fanbase, with their knack of redefining noise and chaos within the context of pop songs and expanding the ventricles of gloomsters and fey indie rockers alike. In 2004, Robert Smith handpicked Scarling. as one of the seven acts to tour with his Curiosa Festival, along with Interpol and Mogwai. When asked about how she felt being able to play with one of her long time favorites, Jessicka simply replied: “The Cure has always been one of the only bands I found worthy of surrendering everything in exchange for nothing. They have yet to break my heart.”

Ayria - Kiss Me Goodnight As I'm Falling Asleep

The longest night
The longest hour that I have ever lived through
The softest cry
The painful longing of having ever lived through
Kiss me goodnight
Don't say a word
We're an illusion gripping at the only thing we know
The calm twilight
The quiet absence of having ever lived through
Kiss me goodnight
Don't say a word
We're an illusion gripping at the only thing we know
Of all the things we could have been here in this night....

Kiss me goodnight (We're an illusion to our own)
Kiss me goodnight (We're an illusion all alone)
Kiss me goodnight (We're an illusion to our own)
Kiss me goodnight (We're an illusion all alone)
Kiss me goodnight
Don't say a word
We're an illusion gripping the unknown
You built your home
Planted your roots
I'm an intruder
An intrusion....
An intruder

Ayria began as the solo project of the singer and songwriter "Jennifer Parkin" from Toronto, Canada. Jennifer Parkin has become a true icon on the electronic music scene with her unique writing and performing style and music with an in-your-face sonic approach that combines electro, synth-pop, industrial, 80’s dance, distorted gritty beats and synths, haunting melodies contrasted with angry distorted chanting all wrapped up with pop structures and catchy hooks.
In 2003, Jennifer Parkin began singing under the name of Ayria and shook the foundation of the electro-industrial scene by mixing striking feminine visuals, straight industrial music with harsher, aggressive electro while still maintaining elements of electro-clash and 80’s new wave.

Ayria has been intensively and successfully touring across the globe over the past years gaining a very solid reputation for putting on energetic live performances. Ayria toured the U.S.A as the chosen supporting act for legendary electronic-goth band The Crüxshadows (over 80 shows) and supported Combichrist. Ayria has also toured U.K., Europe, Russia, Mexico, and Japan. Not fitting into any one musical category has allowed Ayria to gain a very broad fan base of underground goth, various underground club scenes as well as more mainstream audiences who are all addicted to Ayria’s infectious hooks.

Helalyn Flowers - Silent Conversation

There's no (There's no) meaning (meaning)
in what I'm trying to describe in these lines
There's no (There's no) need (need)
to be someone in love
I can smell the light and drawing the time
in a silent conversation between me and my mind
I am the tongue that tasted the bitter milk and
I can play with my pain

I know, I'm falling down
if I am ice the sun is appearing
Cold rain awakes the ground and the time I live isn't true
I know, I'm falling down, and I can breathe no more, I am missing
Cold rain awakes the ground and I'm not in love with my truth

There is no meaning in what I've tried to describe you
There is no need to face a smile. There is no meaning...
But I can smell the light and play with the time
in a silent conversation between me and my mind
I am the tongue that tasted the bitter milk and
get inside, get inside my soul

I know, I am falling down if I am ice the sun is appearing
Cold rain awakes the ground and the time I live isn't true
I know, I am falling down, and I can breathe no more, I am missing
Cold rain awakes the ground, I'm not in love with my truth

There is no meaning in what I'm tryin' to describe you
There is no meaning in what I've tried to describe in these lines

I know, I am falling down if I am ice the sun is appearing
Cold rain awakes the ground and the time live isn't true
I know, I am falling down, and I can breathe no more, I am missing
Cold rain awakes the ground, I'm not in love with my truth

Helalyn Flowers was founded in 2005 in Italy by the duo N0emi Aurora and Max. They have created a world of contrasts made by vintage and futuristic sounds and vibrations. N0emi composes and arranges visual and vocals while Max creates Synths, Guitars and Production. By proposing an innovative hybrid sound of New Wave/Punk, Alternative, Electro, and Rock, they impose themselves as paladins of the New Electro rock Wave since 2005.

Helalyn flowers, in fact, represent the miracle of life emerging from a sterile, cold and arid dimension. By this, N0emi and Max embrace “absurd” meant as antithesis of conventional and as a symbol of the eternal possibility. In 2005 only just after six months from its own birth, Helalyn Flowers resealed  “Disconnection” which at once revealed Helalyn Flowers sound’s salient features and fronted by N0emi’s voice, which will become one of their most remarkable trademarks.
